Everything you need to know about delivery windows, costs, and our 14-day return promise.
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Tracked international shipping is free on all orders at or above $150; below that a flat rate of $12 applies. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 5–9 business days worldwide. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves our warehouse.
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. Return shipping is free for exchanges; returns for refunds may incur a small restocking fee. Start a return from the order confirmation page or by contacting support@tjmaxfashion.com.
If your order arrives damaged or with an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
