Track every order from the moment it leaves Istanbul to your door.

As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking links along with a carrier reference. You can also find live status updates under Account → Orders, where each order links out to the active carrier portal.

Tracking checks out

If your tracking number hasn't produced an update within 72 hours of dispatch, logistics providers sometimes batch scans for international transfers. Contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier directly.

Missed delivery

Missed a delivery attempt? Carriers will typically hold the parcel for 7 days. If you're travelling, let us know in advance and we can place your parcel on hold for a two-week window.
